1. Service Description

VoiceLearn is an AI voice coaching platform that transforms digital course content into interactive, real-time voice coaching practices. By using VoiceLearn, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all actions taken through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or proprietary technology.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI Voice Processing & Third-Party Data Sharing

When you participate in a voice coaching practice, your audio is processed in real time by ElevenLabs, our AI voice synthesis provider, to generate the coach’s spoken responses. ElevenLabs receives your voice audio and transcript text as necessary to deliver the conversation. This data is processed on ElevenLabs’ infrastructure and is subject to their privacy policy and data retention practices.

By creating a VoiceLearn account and starting a coaching practice, you acknowledge and consent to this data processing. You may decline to participate by not starting voice practices. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoiceLearn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceLearn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VoiceLearn in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
